Support

Email support@jcstudiosllc.dev and a person will read it.

We are a small studio, so replies come from a human rather than a ticketing system. We aim to answer within two business days.

Reporting a bug

These details make a bug far easier to fix, so include whatever you can:

• The app and its version number
• Your device and operating system version
• What you were doing when it happened
• What you expected, and what happened instead
• A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one

Chess Factions

Chess Factions stores your settings on your device and nothing on our servers — we have no servers. If the app misbehaves, reinstalling it resets everything to defaults. Note that this also clears your saved options, since those were only ever stored locally.

Privacy requests

Our apps collect no personal information, so there is normally nothing to request or delete. See our Privacy Policy for the detail, and write to us if anything there is unclear.
