These terms govern your use of applications published by JC Studios LLC and of this website.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our applications on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Where you obtained an application through an app store, that store's own terms apply alongside these.
What you may not do
- Copy, redistribute, or sell our applications or their assets
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify them, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted
- Remove or obscure copyright or attribution notices
- Use our name, logos, or artwork to suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist
Ownership
Our applications, their artwork, music, narration, characters, and code remain the property of JC Studios LLC and its licensors. Third-party material included under licence is credited on our Support page and remains the property of its respective owners.
No warranty
Our applications and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JC Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of our applications or this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use our applications after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
